At the heart of the famous jewellers' passage between Place Vendôme and Paris Opera, Korloff inaugurates its new boutique at 20 rue de la Paix, Paris.
This shiny, new, contemporary showcase is an invitation to the world of diamonds and its new jewellery, watchmaking and haute-perfumery creations.
In this new communicative space, La Maison brings its customers a unique but relaxing and friendly experience in a salon with a lively bar for special occasions.
The creative concept stems from a palette of neutral tones, subtly enhanced with metallic bronze and gold touches. At the entrance, a magnificent Murano glass chandelier dominates the sophisticated, hushed atmosphere of the setting. Well-lit niches harmonise the whole to bring warmth and modernity to the space.
"We are pleased and excited to offer our customers a new, more intimate luxury experience in a boutique with the feel of a Parisian apartment. This new theme perfectly reflects our sales staff, conveying their values in our flagship store of La Maison Korloff," said Bassam Azakir, CEO of Korloff Paris.
The Black Korloff
The Korloff story began with a mysterious 200-carat black diamond cut into an 88-carat brilliant. According to legend, this exceptional piece belonged to the Russian noble family Korloff-Sapojnikoff, who passed the talisman on from generation to generation before leaving Russia in 1917. The story goes that it brought luck and protection to anyone who came into contact with it. Forty years later, it remains the symbol and source of inspiration for La Maison Korloff.
